At Hamster Golf, we’re here for a good time, so it’s important to us that our customers share that experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to be the first to know. 

In-stock items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. For your item(s) to be fully refunded, they must be unused and in ‘saleworthy’ condition with the tags still attached, along with your proof of purchase and the product’s original packaging.

Yes, Hamster Golf does not cover the cost of shipping returns.

Hamster Golf offers free exchanges for size exchanges, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs as we’ve included a size guide for each item on the website.

Hamster Golf offers free shipping with orders over $150.

All Hamster Golf orders will be shipped through FedEx from our warehouses in Everett, WA, within 1-2 business days after you place your order. Our standard delivery is ground service and is estimated to take between 3-5 business days once your order has left the building. If you’re in a rush to get your hands on some Hamster merch, Express and Overnight delivery options are available at increased rates. Typically, orders are not processed or shipped over the weekends or holidays.

Hamster Golf merchandise has a 30-day warranty. To qualify for our warranty policy, you must show your proof of purchase, and the items cannot be purchased through a third-party vendor. If the product under warranty is in-stock, we would be happy to replace it. Otherwise, you would be entitled to a full refund equivalent to the amount you initially paid. Any issues regarding product quality that fall outside of a 30-day timeframe will be dealt with individually.

We never want to be the reason your day sucks, which is why we ship our products with reliable carriers. Though Hamster Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse, we want to make sure your experience with our brand isn’t a buzzkill. Get an email saying your order has arrived, but it didn’t? Always wait 24 hours after your delivery notification, as some orders indicate they’ve arrived before drop off. Email our customer support team at so we can resolve this issue.

After you place an order, it’s sent directly to our fulfillment center to get your items to your doorstep as quickly as we can. For this reason, it isn’t easy to tweak your order once it’s been placed. If you need to cancel or change your order, don’t hesitate to contact regarding any concerns.
